1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Custom Orders: Unfortunately, custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
3. Process for Returns
- Contact us via email or the contact form on our website to initiate a return.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
6. Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
